My bees are kept in modern wooden hives with frames that allow me to examine the bees so that I can know how they are doing and keep them healthy. I keep them in different locations and the honey that they produce comes from crops, wildflowers and other plants and trees that produce nectar and pollen. The honey that the bees produce is de-capped, extracted from the cells, strained, and stored until it is dispensed into containers and sold. It is 100% pure/ organic, or as some bee keepers refer to it as being “raw honey,” straight from the hive to the customer. Pure honey has many health benefits and it does not have a shelf life. You can be confident that our honey is among the best available and it all starts and ends with a pure process!
